SkinLordz merges with RED team to make one roster
It’s been three weeks already since we announced BESL Pro Season 3 with its main topic of interest being the new regular season format that’s going to change the whole competition upside down as it is quite the opposite of what we’ve done until now.
Bunch of teams have already announced their Season 3 rosters (namely wolsung, OnlineBOTS, Esi Pirmais eSports, ayned, alltheRAGE, dogmen and 1337HUANIA) and now it’s time for Season 1 LAN finalists SkinLordz to do the same!
During the off season, team’s original captain raw decided to forward the ownership of the SkinLordz slot to one of his teammates CaptaiN as he himself is going to be playing the open qualifiers with his full time team Mock-it. With the new duties at hand, CaptaiN has now taken it upon himself to assemble a roster for the upcoming season.
CaptaiN, who’s the lone survivor of SkinLordz’s season 2 roster, is going to be joined by SkinLordz.RED core trio of aksisxD, literjack and elansz, while the last spot in the team is going to be filled in by another SkinLordz family member - coldface.
“During the off-season we had a lot of downtime and we spent a lot of time in discussions about the third season of BESL Pro and who is going to represent the SkinLordz banner this time around. The roster that was assembled in the end is a mixture of players who have years of experience playing not only with each other, but also in various local LAN events and other smaller tournaments. When building the roster, our main focus was in-game environment and I can wholeheartedly say that within this team everyone feels comfortable playing. My personal expectations for this season is, granted if everything goes as planned, to reach playoffs and maybe try to upset someone who in theory should be more favored to go to the LAN finals than us, but we’ll see!”

The complete roster of SkinLordz for season 3 looks as following:
Historically, CaptaiN has been on both sides of the spectrum in our competitions. In Season 1 he, together with SkinLordz, reached the grand final falling short only to the guys of 1337HUANIA, thus finishing 2nd. Last season, however, SkinLordz were not so successful as they finished 11th out of the 16 teams with a win-loss record 7-8 in the 15 regular season games.
BESL Pro Season 3 is set to start on 1st of April with sixteen best Baltic state teams battling it out for the prize pool of €9,000. More details can be found in the BESL Pro Season 3 announcement.
