Limited liability company “GOEXANIMO”, registration number in Republic of Latvia: 40103942284, legal address: Latvia, Riga, Garā Street 16 – 22, LV-1055, hereinafter “BESL.PRO”, manages website www.besl.pro, hereinafter “the Website”. The Website is intended to inform the Website users on news and activities of BESL.PRO. These are terms of use of the Website.
1. User of the Website is any person who visits the Website, hereinafter, “the User”. When the User visits the Website, the User agrees to these terms of use. BESL.PRO’s Privacy Policy applies to visiting this Website.
2. BESL.PRO reserves the right at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove provisions of terms of use at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to check these terms of use periodically for changes.
3. The information provided on the Website, regardless its form and content, is for information purposes only unless indicated otherwise. BESL.PRO may change or delete any information provided on the Website at any time and without prior notification of the Users.
4. The Website interface, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and code is owned and controlled by BESL.PRO and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws as well as other intellectual property rights.
5. The Website and none if its parts, including any content of the Website, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted or reproduced in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium of publication, may it be for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without BESL.PRO’s prior written consent.
6. The Website may contain links to third party sites. BESL.PRO shall not be liable neither for content of third party sites and services offered by those, nor for losses or damages incurred because of following such links.
7. BESL.PRO shall not be liable for any technical problems of the Website, nor for any damages incurred to the User in connection with use of the Website.
8. Functioning of the Website is regulated by laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and those shall be applicable to any disputes concerning use of this Website.
9. If the User does not comply with these terms of use, depending on the nature of the violation, the User shall be held liable in accordance with civil, administrative or criminal laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
10. If the User does not understand any part of these terms of use or the Website’s Privacy Policy, the User shall contact BESL.PRO before continuing to use the Website.
11. Cancellation of player pass
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you do not wish to use our service any longer you just have to avoid buying player pass for next season.
Additionally, we cannot downgrade a player pass to a 1-month partial season subscription through a partial refund or by changing its price. Once the player pass is bought – it gives you right to participate in BESL.PRO
Player pass is only necessary for users that compete at the Main BESL tournament. Other functionality of the league is free of charge and available to any users complying with League Rules & Terms and Conditions.
